Managing Quote Templates
Quote Templates allow you to prefill information for quotes you regularly use in WorkBuddy. Items, sections, descriptions, and settings, can all be predefined to minimise the amount of data entry when adding a new quote.
For details about quote properties and editing quotes see Creating a new Quote.
Quote templates serve as starting points for frequently created or recurring quotes. When you create a new quote from a template, it is pre-filled with the values from the template.
As well as saving customised quote settings, like Document Theme and Quote Policy, you can add sections and items for commonly quoted jobs.
Consider adding quote sections for commonly requested variations. The salesperson can easily delete any unwanted sections after the quote has been created from the template.
